    interesting stuff, and a damn good idea. Bearing in mind police and dvla use the database anyway, it'll save a fortune on postage and paper

    I can see the option of paying monthly being a nightmare though - it'll introduce the same issues the police have currently with insurance - "it should be coming out my bank automatically"

    I haven't had mine on my bike for a while now so looks like I'll be able to chuck the tax disc holders I was keeping just in case.

    Maybe someone could design a WB disc to go in our redundant tax disc holders,

    Can I get a refund for a 'Failure to display' ticket and fine that I was issued a few years ago?
