Mountain Man Found Guilty, Mr.Tertegte Hauled Away in Cuffs.

Man from Montana hauled away in cuffs. Was not even allowed to call one single witness.

The guy may come across as an eccentric but he's using the law of the Freeman, something that really is a throw back to before American Independence, as he said, essentialy it's British law, at this time many more people are begining to use (re-discover) those same laws in this country, they still stand and are as valid now as the day they were put to paper.
It's all very involved and pretty much a different language (due to it's age) but facinating when used in the courts of today.

I find the Freeman on the land stuff very interesting as do a few others on this forum.
I've been along to a few talks and understand the principles but putting it to use is very difficult

Our courts act on Admiraltylaw which is why the defendant stands in the dock excreta

I've read a lot about this freeman stuff. Never had to try it out though. I'd love to know more about it & how effective it really is.
