how much effort it is to ride a dirt bike, was out on my kxf for the first time in around 2 month at grittenham on a Alex Snow training day and boy do I ache. couldn't get out the bath on Saturday with cramp and am now walking like john wyne around work. think its time to sort my fitness out and get the dirt bike out more often seeing as the gixers all tucked up in the garage and dosent look like it will be out anytime soon.
was worth it though I will try find some picks off the day for yous

That looks like great fun. I just have to convince me wife I really need an old school XT600
it is , but you pay for it every time, unless your out every weekend and the body gets used to the abuse.

matt , wasn't to bad if you weren't wearing your goggles think there was only about 12 or so on the track, and hes expert level rider so he has no trouble getting around folk like me
