Before we start blaming the car driver. Lets look at the facts.
- He had his wife and his 2 year old in the back of the car.
- The guy on the white (R6 I think it was) brake checked the car on PURPOSE! he knew what he was doing. And from the looks of the slight bit of video he did it a few times for no good reason. The car then hit him which was inevitable.
- The bit we dont see on camera is the bit just prior to the car driver gunning it and running over the bike. But I expect it was similar to the end where he got the window smashed in and he was put in a threatening situation.
- The fact he came forward to the police (driver) and has NOT been arrested for this suggests they dont think he is at fault so much as was acting in self defence.
From my point of view, if that was me driving the RR, even as a biker I would **** myself. Pack mentality in that situation with my wife and a 2 year old, I would have done the exact same thing.
As much as I know you will not like me for saying this Swanny, in this case, its entirely the biker(s) fault.
