in the process of kitting myself out for trail riding
and been looking at helmets.
are motox helmets certified for road use?
and do you lot have any recommendations for lids that would be good for trail riding?

in all honesty most helmets are road approved, apart from a few old Simpson road/drag types but check first.
as for reccomendations its up to you. you might find a comfortable fit one for £50 then a £500 one that hurts your head everytime its worn, I had one kept giving me headaches.
you need to try them on, dirt bike show up in november at stoneleigh get good deals there on last years style.
word of warning..
DONT BUY SECOND HAND. you dont know history
Fully agree with the above - I had to try loads of Helmets on before I found one that I was comfortable with
Me too I was beginning to wonder if I would ever get a hat that was comfy.
