word of warning to dog owners in the area, gangs of thugs are going round the area looking for dogs, if you see a small coloured target on a wall or fence near you leave it and call the police. these targets are colour coded, probably got this wrong but yellow, red, green are some. one colour denotes small dogs that can be fed or used to be chased by their own dogs, another colour is for Rotties and staffies , good fighters, and green means something interesting needs looking at closer. prepare for a visit somewhen else.
