He's actually very articulate and very well read (I was going to say 'intelligent' but stopped myself) - I love his comedy personally

I guess his comedy is a bit marmite. You either like it or not. I'm afraid I'm in the not side.

If LT was to check this site out more often he tell you that he recently had coffee with him and reckons he's a nice bloke. Seems very intelligent and articulate but his brand (excuse the pun) of comedy leaves me cold.

I always thought he was a knob 'til I saw him on question time... had me in stitches and owned the panel. Agree or disagree with his viewpoint, I wish my brain moved as fast as his!

Don;t like his brand (geddit?) humour, but when he's being serious, he's very witty

Back in the ninties I worked at a place where we had a shop steward who was much like him when he spoke. He used to run rings around the management at meetings.

They wanted us to change our shift pattern.

He negotiated a £2000 a year payrise for all of us to accept it as we would not like it.

Shift pattern went from a 7 day pattern to a 6 day pattern - We loved it.
