I am renovating a CBR 600 FL, I have the option of re-psraying to a bulk standard original colour Black/red stripe or........ giving it a modern twist with a pearl black paint, pearl red strip with a slightly more modern line, would be quite stunning? What would you do?
1...Modern Paint work or 2.... Bulk standard

Probably standard, if you change it too much it could affect the resale, as it might not be to everyone's taste. That said if you are keeping the bike with no intention of selling, modern

Go for a nice standard job.

I must admit when I see a non standard paint job I always think 'that's been dropped' but on an older machine it's not going to make a lot of difference to the resale and it's hardly a classic.

    Ask yourself this:
When you open the garage door which one is going to make you say "F*ck yeah!"?
