    For a moment I thought the thread was about 2 strokes.

    Only kidding. Good on you for making this big decision.

    I used to smoke 30 - 40 a day for 18 years and I quit 6 years ago when I found out my wife was pregnant with my first child and never looked back. I have my moments when I would like one but apparently this never goes away.

    I used a fake ciggie type of thing that you used like a real one, worked a treat. Patches were crap.

    Still cigarette free, and enjoying the e-cig alternative.
    That about £18 I've saved already since I stopped........
