The bright sunshine brought out the bikes. Not actually owing a Velocette I rode the old man's '37 KTS whilst be brough the '34 KTS. Excellent day bouncing round the back lanes.

To explain the captions.
A KTS?KSS is a pre-war design 350 overhead camshaft. quite advanced for the day nbut expensive and not continued after the war. The Vipers and Venoms are from the 60's. The Viper is a 350 single and the Venom a 500 single. The Thruxton Venom is the sports version of the Venom, having a higher compression ratio, GP carb and better brakes.
