Hi to all. The name gives it away I guess - I have a BMW K1100RS which is currently in my garage with final drive, swingarm, transmission and most of the bike on the floor. Mention a clutch spline lube to any BMW owner and they will nod in sympathy! New tyres being fitted tomorrow and when a few other things are sorted out it will be back on the road after a 5 year absence. Also, have a Honda CB900F sitting in the garage unused since 1985. I rode this out of the dealers when it was new on September 3rd 1980 - so yes, I am an oldie!

Sorry, always did get my left and right mixed up! I live just south of Marlborough so that makes me an East Wilts Newcomer!

    Welcome from another oldie!

With everything off the road what have you been riding? ;D (careful)
We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

Pics will have to wait - but will do once the sun comes out. The Honda runs and I hope to get that OTR eventually but that will be for weekend fun only. The Beemer is for more serious stuff!

Blackbonnie - with 4 kids what do you think?

Even working on the bike myself, it's pounds not pennies with a BMW! Plus I have 177K miles on my car and need a second form of transport I can rely on and have a bit of fun.
