Hi all, have been reading this board for a few months, but never had time to post....until now

Have been a Salisbury born biker since I was 16 years old ..some 37 years ago. oh dear that a long time ago !

Earlier this summer (was that summer?) i sold my aging 1981 Yamaha XJ650 and returned to the British bikes with a modern Triumph Bonneville and have throughly enjoyed every mile since.

My other love (apart from 'her in doors') is a 58ft long narrowboat which we cruise the inland waterways of the UK at a slightly slow pace than the Bonnie.

Hope to meet up with a few of you for a ride sometime.

Photo of my Bonnie and now the XJ650 (in need of a bit of TLC)added !!!!

Welcome aboard - looks like we are becoming quite nautical on here - I was on two different ferries only last weekend! ;D
With my bike I am complete.

Welcome from another Hinkley Bonneville owner. They are great almost adictive.
Me & my wife went to see a friend of ours last night who had just had his 2004 Thruxton delivered. I'm a bit too tall to ride it because of the rearsets.
We will be comparing how loud the exhausts are at the weekend (Jack lilly pipes against togas).

    Cheers

    Kev
