Just thought that I should say hello.....
Been riding bikes since 1974 when I started on a moped at 16 and then worked me way up thru the sizes.
Learned that falling hurt on the little bikes and don't do it anymore.
Presently have a 1976 Yamaha RD400 - back in 76 this would be the equivalent to the R1 of today. :P
Also have a 99 Yamaha XJR1300 for me and the missus.......

Hey Delbert, welcome to the site mate! Love the bike.You must bring it down to the Salutation Inn bike meet one Thursday. You're right regards the bike as I grew up in that 2 stroke era and it takes me back so you must bring it down!
