    Just joined the world of bikes having been a scooterist most of my life. Got a shiny (and now scratched) V-strom that met the road yesterday in a not entirely planned way! :-[ Anyway, determined to get more out of life on two wheels so i'll be picking your brains,

    Thanks guys, I thought I recognized a few on here Mike. Bike is fine, will need a new indicator as the body of it shattered, but other than that it's just a couple of scratches. Still feel a bit silly though :-[

    Well everyone has dropped a bike, as long as you are ok. Hope to see you on a rideout soon. They are called battle scars, not scratches. ;D
