    Yeah i'll be sending the docs to them. Last time I registered my 50cc scooter I sent them to Swansea and it got lost in the system! lol! (Little tip not to do for anyone else HAHA!)

    you can actually take all the documents down in person,

    But the only problem I can foresee would be them wanting to see the bike first unless it already has type approval for the UK
