    Hi. I'm trying to get back on a bike after 20 years. I'm looking into the Cbt . Anyone got any advice or just want to chat

    Hello and welcome, I am sure Mark Able will be posting to say hi. He is well recommended as most of us have done our CBT / Direct Access with him.
