Hi Guys and Girls,
I'm Mike and as you might guess from my tag, I'm a nurse! I work in Theatres and have helped put back together more than one of our fraternity, unfortunate enough to have parted company with their machines but it's not put me off!
Was at the Harp and Crown last night for my first meet and hope to make it to the ride on Sunday. Thanks to all of you there for making me feel welcome. If we were introduced but I don't recognise you next time, please be patient - there's a lot of you and only 1 of me, so I have a lot of names and faces to remember!
As for my bike, it's a Buell 1125R - only the third bike I've owned, as I didn't take my test until in my 30's and had an enforced break for 10 years. My first bike was a Honda CBX550, followed by a Triumph Daytona 1200, which was nicked!
I look forward to meeting up with other members in the coming weeks and months.
