I'm Mel, born and bred in Plymouth, Devon but now live just outside Bournemouth down in sunny Dorset.

Have looked in from time to time as a good pal of mine from the 'Nam is a member here.... and I've just bumped in to another whilst browsing..

Have got a 2003 Kawasaki ZX9RF2, a mint Honda VFR750FR (and two Kawasaki GPZ900R's in varying states of repair)

Thought I would grace you with my presence seeing Dorset is lacking in a forum as good as you seem to have here.

Will hopefully tag along to a few events in the coming months so long as the temp is 20 degrees or better!

Have been biking for a number of years, mainly on Kawasaki's ( GPZ750R1, GPZ900R x3, GPZ1100A2, GPZ1000RX, Z1000J2, ZX10B2 ) had a couple of Honda's ( CBX750F, GL1100 Goldwing and my current VFR ) passed my test at 17 on a Yamaha XS250. Was a BMF rider training instructor many years back and have also done/passed the IAM test.
