    hi guys,

    anybody know how to replace the shifter? i cant work it out lol

    its for a 2007 sv 650s

    Hi which piece are you trying to replace ? gear change lever? may involve taking the footpeg mounting off to allow access to the fitting holding it on, or maybe a pinch bolt through the lever ... email me a contact number and il try to talk you through it ,Neil

    Mark where the slot is on the shaft, remove the bolt, pull the arm off.

    Remove the foot peg hanger, undo the bolt holding the footped on, and remove the peg. The pedal then comes off with it.

    That's for a K2. and I don't think they changed the arrangement for the later ones.

    its for a k6 mate, sounds fairly straight forward, just need to wait for the new part to come through and i can give it a go
