Unbolt baffle, rev engine, stand well back!!!!! ;D ;D ;D

You should be able to remove it, but alot of them are sealed in with silcone. Just grip it with pliers (protected to stop scraches) and twist trough 90 degrees. Then twist it and jiggle it 'till it pops out!!!

can you take the silencer off the bike and tap the baffle out "from the other end" with a broom handle or similar???....
