If you have feking big feet its easyhold everything in place and just push the wheel up with your toes (heel on the ground obv.) , goes straight in

;D ;D --good advice from alanTDM with some grease. I use a hydraulic jack and lower bike bit by bit onto the wheel---it is awkward with some bikes on your own.
