    hey guys

    i need to remove the roller bearings from my swing arm before i can get it powder coated.

    any suggestions......i dont have a bearing puller. would it be best idea to just get a bearing puller?

    Get the proper puller for those.

    I think roller ones would need to be replaced with new also, understand that the cage would be damaged on removal?

    yeah im replacing all bearings as i go

    I was told by the guy that did some wheels for me that most of the time the bearings will fall out due to the heat whilst baking, you could try just leaving them in and pull them after if they dont come out on there own?
