HELP oil leak

Hi Guys,

I have noticed my bike has a small oil leak.

Its on the left hand side of the bike near the clutch area on the XVS 250.

I am unsure what is causing it but its running ok.

My issue is the mechanics dont have room to fit me in till September! I have no tools and dont know much about the mechanics. I was going to attend last night but I was trying to figure out what was wrong with it by visiting different FAQ websites.

Would anyone who lives in Trowbridge be able to have a look for me?

As I have just not long bought it I cant afford a hefty bill (I am also being made redundant) so, if I could fix it myself I would.

A few weeks ago I put oil in it but as we couldnt see how much we were putting in I am thinking I put too much in but agian I dont know how to fix it.

Sounds like the primary case is leaking.... nothing serious.

Could just be a bit too much chain lube running out assuming it has a chain :P
