undo the spindle caps, then look at it upside down, theres normally an allen bolt above the spindle housing goes straight through and holds it all togeter, make sure youve unwound the top adjusters right out first and drained them out, tip them upside down and push slowly down on them, the springs will have shot out from under the top caps by now so you wont hurt yourself, tip them upside down undo the bolt and extract over a bucket, if there are shells and sleeves in there then dont mix them up, if your just changing leakey seals then you dont normally have to strip them right out ! 8-)
