    Having noticed an alarming degradation in the steering on my WR it is time to change the head bearings. It is not too bad off road but damn scary on it because it feels like someone has grabbed hold of the handlebars to stop you turning as you are trying to go round a corner.

    Having done a bit of research this is a really useful link if anybody else is thinking of doing the same job

    does the link say "take it to Jons, who will change the bearings for burger and chips at the next offroad session to the greasy spoon at shaftsbury"... ?????? ;-)

    No it doesn't!!! Still waiting for the bloody things to arrive though :

    Thought we weren't doing the Shaftsbury cafe again after our last experience, over an hours wait for a burger :'( Happy to buy one though
