Dont know if he's on WB but I see this dude morning and evening on the commute from Beckington to Bath/Bristol and back again in the evening. He usually catches me (overtakes me :) around Midford hill.

No idea on the bike but it's black (I think) and ridden by a tall lanky chappie in black leathers. Part of the bike reg is KU11
