Read a report that cars producing less than 100G emissions per kilometre will be excempt from TAX. The majority of bikes are better than this but are being ignored,and in fact the TAX duty on bikes is to double next year! We produce less emissions,less congestion and we get clobbered as usual! Who votes on this?

I know MAG have mentioned this more than once on various transport committees, hopefully one day it will sink in.
