I see Creative have released a slimline phone sized camcorder with built in 2Gb memory for only £79,and available at PC world or Currys. I checked it out on YouTube and it seems superior to the ATC2000 we discussed earlier. It has superior sound recording and none of the Jitter and screen warble seen on the ATC2000. I thought it would be Ideal for strapping to the bike.

We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

Looks excellent for the price. 2 hours of 640 x 480 video is very good and better quality than a lot of the similar cams. Only problem I see because of it's shape would be finding somewhere to mount it to the bike and it would be difficult, but not impossible, to edit the video afterwards because of the resolution and compression. Great for making videos for YouTube or similar but the resolution is too low to make video for the TV such as DVD's. That's a problem with a lot of the cheaper gear. However if that isn't important to you then this looks like a great deal.

    Regards,
