    PLEASE ANSWER IN SIMPLE PLAIN ENGLISH

    Ive been trying to up load some pics taken on my phone which Ive transfered to my pc, but they are over 250kb. What do I do to get them below this size? Please note I SPEAK ENGLISH NOT GEEK!

    open a photo bucket account its free
    http://photobucket.com/

    upload to there and it will resize for you then just copy and paste the link its so simple

    and you end up with pictures here like this





    if it moves shoot it with a camera

    Guess you are using a PC with windows on

    I use this, it is free and simple to use

    If you have Microsoft office installed try right clicking on a picture and the select “open with” and choose “Microsoft Photo Editor”

    or if its just for yourself then you will need a photo editing software you cant reduce in standard windows paint. there are loads of them about.
