    Thanks for the GWS messages

    Apart from having a bad back (whiplash type injuries so I'm told) I'll be fine. Still signed off work though, and the conditions for walking couldn't be worse, but at least the dog's enjoying my company! And the snow!

    Been in work all day. Going home. Get changed. Pop in the Black Horse for a swift couple of pints. Home for a rib sticking stew.
