We used to use Ikon in my last job >

We moved away from them and went with Lintex as we had a few issues Ikon engineers. >

One engineer went out to fix a PC and called up to ask how to install Windows on a PC.
Then another called to ask how to install a Printer on a PC.

After little things like this it put us right off of them. :'(
