i gave them a settlement figure when i had my accident after refusing two previous offers..... worked for me

Don't know the figures but I do know how serious your injuries are and ongoing so, bearing in mind, payouts for minor stuff would think you have every right to hang out for a considerable compensation considering the dopey mare was totally at fault and the cause of your life changing injuries. I'd definitely be asking for them to pay for the lipo brought on by your sedentary lifestyle that was enforced on you since the accident JD ! I mean all that Kebab Comfort Eating you ended up doing as a way of calming your nerves and getting over the trauma of the accident ....
