forks done (ended up using one good one from each "Pair"
air filter repaired.
gear lever welded.
tyre will be changed tonight, and ready for collection anytime after that mate.

Will be good to draw a big fat line under all this at the end of the day. Awful thing to happen and then to have to wait this long for a result is disgusting especially as you were not at fault. >
Whatever amount you end up getting, I am sure it will be a tiny contribution towards all the pain, time missed, surgery/recovery, non bike days and general pain in the ass it's all been so I hope you get a massive payout babe.
