    Yes Col I am getting SSP but it is approx £200 a wk down on my basic pay let alone what I am loosing in overtime

    Well had the Hospital visit and It wasn't news I wanted to hear to be honest

    I have prolapsed the same sodding disc I did years ago and am now facing another surgical operation which should be within the next 3 months :-/ But as yet I am waiting for that.

    So depending wether its a 100% fix this time it may mean selling the thousand and even finding or at least trying to find another job

    Thanks all for the positive wishes and I'll keep you updated
