Incidentally the reason that charges are made going into wales, is to prevent traffic queuing from the old toll plaze onto the old bridge (as used to happen all of the time) as the old bridge is pretty poorly with extensive corrosion on the interior of the deck sections and to the cabling.

I had always thought that the reason you pay on the way in and not out was because you always pay on the way into a safari park
