I won my heat last night in the singing competition, so through to the national finals. Thankfully, it's also being held at the same place, so the winners from all the other pubs will be heading down (or up) to Swindon as well.
So if anyone would like to come along to support in March, I'll be singing for a £500 prize to go towards our honeymoon (a bit of shameless, X-Factor style sob story there ;D ).
The pub owner also asked me if I would do some paid gigs there and at other pubs in the chain as well which was a bonus.
