Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the number of pubs, cafes and restaurants providing hot running water in the toilets appears to be on the decline?
Perhaps it’s just the establishments I have frequented recently, but many only provide their customers with cold water washing facilities.

I like to wash my hands thoroughly with soap and hot water prior to eating or handling food for obvious reasons.
