I'd forgotten how much like hell it feels to ride in office clothes and full black kit when it's this hot and sunny.

I try not to complain as I don't like cold, but *phew* is it hot! 8-)

Had a great Sunday.... had to go to Monmouth..... so a ride up the very empty wye valley at 8am.... 8-)

Followed by a ride back down the wye valley at 6pm...... 8-) 8-)

Can't be bad!
