    Carefull with enginge protector bars, they can move the damage to the frame. I suggest you ask others here for more advice.

    My bust arm has stopped hurting now, 1.5 wks to almost no pain. Hang in there.

    Do you think you'd be up for a smelly burger next week ?
    It would be my first, and I'm looking forward to meeting some of the gang.

    Up date for those interested!

    Had wrist Xrayed yesterday, still in the correct place, hard cast put on, being Xrayed again next week to check it's still ok!
