not really claim to fames but Im bored and thought Id tell you all anyway..

Cerys Matthews went to my school (not the same time as me though)
I was good friends with Stereophonics Kelly Jones' cousin.

Dai Greene was in my primary school in my sisters class

I got Steven Gerrard to sign my Liverpool shirt while I was wearing it, oh and Vegard Heggem (but nobody usually knows who he is)

I've met numerous (now ex) Liverpool players & got piccys with them and once asked Steve Staunton if he "liked his job" Yes I was 14 and didn't know what else to say)

I've been on Russ Swift's stand with my racing tuned puma engined Ka at Rally Day in castle coombe and got to be part of his show in the minis and go round the track with him in the evo's.

I used to work for Saab in Cambridge and Stephen Fry came in for his car to be serviced and I had to serve him and then had to ring him up a few times to ask him about parts and when his car was ready to be collected. He also follows me on twitter.

Not very exciting, I pay so little attention that if someone famous come up and chatted to me id probably have no idea these days!

Ive met a few celebs in my time, but Ive also had my own 5 minutes of fame.

I was on the telly a few years back, got hounded by the press for a few days and was the number 1 topic of conversation for a short while. ;D

I wouldn't ever do it again, there is nothing nicer in this world than anonimity 8-)

    None. Totally dull and uninteresting.

Took my mum to a fete about 20 years a go and we saw Gareth Chilcott and my mum said "Hello and this is my little boy" to him (I'm 6'5" and was still about 300lb back then)
He looked up towards my face and said 'Aren't mums embarrassing'

My Bruv, Norman Whiteside and me was having a few beers together.

Bet Kev remembers this guy; Stormin Norman Whiteside scored an extra-time winner in the 1985 FA cup final against holders Everton - magic! Had Everton won the match they would have completed an unprecedented Treble of League, FA Cup and European Cup Winners' Cup.

He holds records as the youngest player to take part in a World Cup, the youngest player to score in a League Cup and FA Cup final, and the youngest player to score a senior goal for Manchester United.

When I lived in Scotland I was ticket secretary for the Highlands and Islands Man U supporters club and met Alex and most of the players.

I was also H&I press officer for the Scottish Socialist Party when we had 6 MSPs in the Scottish parliament. (Spent many years antagonising the so-called heavy weight politicians, loved every minute of it and still do).

Had a nice friendly chat with Ted Heath ( I would call him a nice Tory) ;D

I've been on telly myself, after training a reporter from Meridian 6 o'clock show on friday evening news. Been on BBC Radio Solent. Helped compare the 'Woman Biker of the Year' competition at the Beaulieu Bike weekend, alongside Steve Berry (ex-Top Gear). At that time met Jamie Whitham, Chris Walker, Steve Hislop, John Reynolds, Tommy Hill, Sean Emmett, Sammy Miller, Neil Hodgeson, and have chin wagged at length with James Hayden. Worked with Jet from Gladiators, at CSM. Worked at the Bike Show at the NEC, and met Niall Mackenzie. Along the way I've trained a couple of Swindon Town footballers. Matt Banahan, Nick and Simon Abendanon, Mearsey and Joe Maddock from Bath Rugby. Simon Donald from Viz magazine. Our local bike celeb Victor Cox. And our local TV celeb (satellite) Jason Dawe, from 'Used Car Roadshow'. Been in the 'green room' at the National Theatre and met 'Willmot' from an old TV show called 'Rosie'. Also met some Princess or other (Alexandra?), went to school with a 'lady', and met Graham Garden from 'The Goodies'.

But of course, as I keep saying to the Mrs, it's me what is famous doncha know...
