Good effort those who are doing it, you will get a great deal out of it, team work, friendship but most of all it will show you that even when you are knackered and your body won't go on your mind will. as they say Mind over matter. I don't mind and you don't matter 8-)

I did it for the 1st time in 1974 in late Novemeber as I recall, and then once a week until May 75 The Endurance course that is... ;D
