    seen this on you tube and made me want to go to thruxton :

    2005 Yamaha R1 Sport Bike engine in a Beisse Shifter Kart. Around 180 HP, weighs about 220lbs. Previous owner had Kart up to 181 mph before a tire blew out.
    If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40.

    It just goes to show what you can get up to with enough time and cash on your hands! The left hand clutch, right hand gear change thing seems a bit awkward though
    Orange ones are faster, but red ones are more comfortable!

    Oh yeah, definately good fun and I would love a blast awkward gearchange or not!
