    Hello all, been a few weeks since I last posted on here...

    Slipped my disk some time ago and it took a turn for the worst, just had an injection in my back and all appears right again (for the timebeing)

    Had my new bike sitting in the garage gathering dust for the last month or so, not even posted on here as i wanted to take my mind off biking :'(

    Well i have now decided to try and get out on the bike, 1st trip is down to Paignton for the BMAD biker festival this weekend...never been and want to give it a try. Has anyone done it or is anyone going this weekend?

    Well i am going to test the water this afternoon, then hopefully i will be out proper at the weekend

    back injuries are the worst mate...........trust me........i know

    take it easy mate and see how you feel after todays ride

    B1's aren't exactly the most comfortable of bikes are they!
    Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.
