haven't ridden since i popped down to JamesH's pad couple of weeks ago

and i won't be likely to be riding soon either as i bust my left ankle today (severe sprain anyway)

can hardly fit my sock on nevermind my boot

going back 2 the original thread !. I did Uxbridge and back 2 day. on thw m4. ok really. Circa 150 miles. Good pace this am, boring on the way home

I rode to work today - nice 30 mile trip (should be 20 odd if I use the M4) and it was great with the sun beating down! Can't wait for the ride home now!!!!

i had to bring the pug today as i have some fresh rubber for my bike and my new chain etc in my office and i cant stad the rubber smell anymore. guess i will go for a ride over the weekend then
