Well we got out on the bikes in the end... roads were very wet in places and dry in others, but at least we got out and we both enjoyed ourselves.

I'm here, racking up the miles, falling in love with my ZX6R, it's so addictive, even in the wet it's fun!!!
Look forward to meeting some of you guys soon

Good to hear people are getting out on their bikes regardless of weather.

Hope to catch up with you soon Phil.

We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

BB, we made the trip out in the rain to go to the local GirlsBike2 shop. They do some nice stuff in there, but the shop was smaller that we expected. Oh well, beats sitting around at home!

I'm around still getting used to the new bike and trying to force myself to explore its limits!

Which one did you go to? I thought Poole was a reasonable sized shop. Didn't have the amount of stock you see in most dealerships - but then how much of that would be for us girls!

We went to the one in Dorking. They had just a few helmets, jackets and so on.

They won't last long then if thats all they had! I felt the Poole one had a good range and was worth a visit.
