I think that's a 'feature' of all bikes, not just yours - was always taught to avoid white lines, road markings and drain covers at all costs in wet weather
Worn or overinflated tyres will make it worse, worth checking...
I have always been a bit suspect of my tyre pressures, they seem hard to me, and the tyres I have are not the original ones for which the pressures were quoted...cheersOriginally Posted by pete
I would always go with the pressures quoted by the tyre manufacturer not the bike. The bike manufacturer can't test all the tyres on the market but the tyre manufacturer will (or should) test their own. Most have them quoted on their website. I personally run them 2 psi over as I'm above average weight.
because white lines and road markings are slippier (sp?) than tarmacOriginally Posted by Rod
Thanks graeme, good point I will check the manufactures websit
Foo, No what your saying, but the Hog seems worse than the old Raptor used to
what tyres (make, model) are you using?
Possibly a lot more weight on the rear trye which is why it feels worse than the Raptor?
