Had a go at the 1/4 mile a couple of months ago at Santa Pod. Great day out and really cheap (£10 entry and £10 unlimited runs). Would love to find out when the next one of these are as I'd be up for another go closer to home [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

    Highly adictive and great fun.

A pic of me at the lights

Was up Santa Pod the other weekend for the Mopar Nats. Couple of bikes lining up to race. 'What you running under the fairing mate?'
'Hayabusa motor... with a turbo... and nitros.'
    'Cool. What sort of HP?'
    'About 550'
'Blimey. What's it do in the quarter?'
    'Mid 7's at about 190mph'

I think they were a pair of Super Street class bikes. They were running treaded tyres...
    And they were mental... 8-)

This may be a long shot, but anybody interested in a run up to the Buldog Bash on Saturday?
I plan a very early start and hope to stay as long as I can.

The 55 quid entrance fee maybe a bit steep but I only have a day pass from home so can't stay any longer.
