    Cheers for all the suggestions I will have to try the stomp grips and see if that makes it easier to ride

    Rich's got them as well, he (like Gerry) swears by them.

    I've never had this issue - either I don't brake very hard or have super strong thighs to grip the tank! ;D Going to pretend it's the latter! ;D

    I have this issue. I dont like the look of the Stomp grips though :'(

    put your leathers on and get a mate to drag you along on your bum behind his bike to get the leather all roughed up and gripy

    celulose thinners on the seat cover! but go careful, it removes a tiny layer and leaves a dull matt finish, super grippy tho.....
    we used to do this to all of our offroad bikes until they finally wised up and made grippy seat covers......

    how about getting the seat recovered in a grippier material.....
