I have been told that 2x Lumbar disc's are damaged and have now been refered back to the Frenchay hospital to see a speciallist.
I have been told by the Doc also to Not drive heavy goods vehicles for the time being so therefore I have to try and walk alot more at work wheeling the bins about ::
I am gonna have to wait and see what, If anything the consultants can do but at this stage it looks as though my biking days maybe over
I will keep you posted as and when I get/hear any info
