Worst nightmare... = Reality

I went to the Dr's earlier to get my MRI results and as feared it wasn't good news :'( :'(

I have been told that 2x Lumbar disc's are damaged and have now been refered back to the Frenchay hospital to see a speciallist.

I have been told by the Doc also to Not drive heavy goods vehicles for the time being so therefore I have to try and walk alot more at work wheeling the bins about : :

I am gonna have to wait and see what, If anything the consultants can do but at this stage it looks as though my biking days maybe over

I will keep you posted as and when I get/hear any info

Mate there is always hope! Once you get the final news from the specialist then groups like NADB can help. Don't give up just yet!!

Don't say things like this until the Doctors have told you. It might take a while before treatment and then you have recovery time but with any luck you should get back on two wheels.
